ANZAC Service

On Friday afternoon, we held an ANZAC service at school.  This was an opportunity for us to recognise this important day, and to remember the men and women who gave their lives in war.  Many of the Year 8 students had a speaking role - they were nervous, but did very well.  Thank you to our guest speaker, Mr Alcock (Jensen's dad), who talked to us about the meaning of ANZAC Day.  Many students brought flowers along, which were laid under our memorial arch.  They looked wonderful.
