This is quite a challenging topic. We talked about it in the staffroom and wondered what we would write about. I think some of the things i would write about if I could change something in history, would be about finding alternatives to fossil fuels (wood and coal) which would have helped the planet and another would be the rights early New Zealanders had to kill baby fur seals and whales. It would also be interesting to imagine what the world might be like now, if guns hadnt been invented. Good luck as you start to write your speeches. i look forward to hearing some of them later in the term.
