Halcombe School Olympics
We had a massive afternoon at school today... it was the Halcombe School Olympics! The students in Room 6 organised some fun and challenging activities for the other students to enjoy. There were obstacle courses and bowling and trust walks and target throwing and soccer! Everyone had to work flat out to keep things running smoothly. Well done Room 6, you did good!

I enjoyed this a lot and I think this was my best day of the year so far!

ReplyDeleteThe school Olympics were cool! I think it was fun to organise and run our activities and it taught us a lot about leadership. The little kids looked like they were having heaps of fun, and I hope we have another one next Olympics.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed planning and doing the Halcombe School Olympics.Even though my groups plan failed we figured it out in the end. I found it funny watching the kids do our relay because most of them just ran past and dropped the tennis balls into the crate and the cardboard box. This was a great thing for me to get less shy.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed hosting the Halcombe School Olympics. There wasn't as much mayhem as I excepted. I hope we do something like this again this year!

ReplyDeleteIt was great seeing everyone having so much fun and trying their best. It looked like everyone enjoyed participating in all of the events and challenges we set up.

ReplyDeleteThe mini Olympics where really fun and I think that all the kids had los of fun.
ReplyDeleteI had so much fun doing this, and also it was funny as well when people were trying to get in the hoop very quickly, and it was very tiring afterwards.

ReplyDeleteHosting the Halcombe School mini Olympics was heaps of fun. I really enjoyed reffing the soccer game, and it was cool to see the little kids having a good time.

ReplyDeleteI really liked watching all the kids running around our obstacle. My favourite class was probably room 5 because they were way more into it. Our activity was named the killer obstacle, because it made all the kids really tired by the end.
