First up, we had awesome fun wheeling around the school! It was a bit wet, so we all got soaked and muddy! The jumps were cool, and there were lots of races around the school.
Next up, the Student Council whipped up a fabulous lunch of sausages and spiders. They had to cook 195 sausages and make 153 spiders - quite an effort! The kai was delicious!

Then, it was time for the Social - a way to celebrate the end of our dance unit. Everyone looked AWESOME and scrubbed up very well. The dances were fun and we shared a delicious supper. Well done team!

Wheels day was a lot of fun and even though I didn't have any wheels and the social was a lot of fun I liked the colour dance game.

ReplyDeleteThe social was heaps of fun, and wheels day was cool too. It did get a bit busy at times though, and by the end of the day I was so cold I couldn't feel my fingers.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed cooking the sausages and helping out. It was awesome to see the smiles on the little kids faces when they saw the food. I can't choose a favourite, because the whole day was awesome. Also the Social was cool, because it was fun to see everyone dress up nicely, even though I was nearly the only one who showed up with a top and pants. I wish I can go to the next Social, but sadly I can't.

ReplyDeleteThe Socail was awesome! We all had a lot of fun, but we were all sweaty and tried at the end. It is sad because that was my last Socail. It was fun and I will always remember it.
ReplyDeleteIt was so much fun to have a crazy, jamed packed day. It was great to have a warm sausage to warm you up on a cold day. Even though it wasn't very exciting standing in the rain, it was great to see everyone having so much fun. It was much easier to have spiders on a colder day, because you didn't have loads of ice cream dripping down your arm.

ReplyDeleteIt was an amazing day yesterday!! Thank you so much to the student council for cooking all those sausages and making all those spiders, it was definitely worth while because they were all delicious! The social was awesome, an amazing way to celebrate the end of dance! It was great to have my first Halcombe school social on the night of a a amazing day! Once again thank you to everyone who was involved with organising it!!
