Active Listening

We know that we are supposed to 'listen carefully' - all the time!  In fact, it is probably one of the most important skills we need (especially at school).  But how many of us actually KNOW what it means to be a good listener?  Well, we all do now!  We spent time reading and discussing articles about active listening this week.  Here is a chart that some students created (using Popplet) to help keep us on track:
