What Happens On A Marae?

When we begin a new inquiry, we always have a bit of a think about what we already know about the topic.  Yesterday we tried to answer the question, 'What happens on a marae?'  We had some great ideas, but most of us have a lot to learn too.  We're pretty sure we'll be able to build on our ideas over the next few weeks.

    Thanks for honestly sharing what you already know, Room 6. I think that based on what we see of marae on television, many adults would have said similar things.Several years ago, I went to a 3 day language course held on a marae, and even though I was really nervous to start with, it turned out to be one of the best educational experiences I have ever had.I hope that you all have amazing experiences at your marae too.
