Mother Teresa was a lady who dedicated her life to helping the 'poorest of the poor'. She started a company that helped thousands of people around the world. This quote prompted an interesting discussion in our class about what it actually means to be kind. Here are some of our ideas:
- help those around you
- treat others as you wish to be treated
- make people feel comfortable
- be nice, caring, friendly
- respect people for who they are
Kindness is a great thing to learn about. Mother Teresa is certainly a great example.
