Insects - Close Up!

Today we had a chance to look at some weird and wonderful insects (and a massive spider!) through magnifying glasses and microscopes.  We were amazed and disgusted - all at the same time!

    I looked through the microscope after school to see the spider. I couldn't believe how clearly I could see its 8 eyes nor how hairy its legs were!

    It's only scary cos it's hairy! You could have had our pet weta if I'd of been brave enough to catch it!
