LOCKDOWN LEARNING - WEDNESDAY

THINGS TO DO:  WEDNESDAY
(got a question?  email me)

1.   Watch the 'Holiday Highlights' video.  I know you all miss each other a lot, so this might make you feel happy in your heart.  Your mates are okay!

2.   Make sure your Home Reading Record is up to date.  Sounds like most of you have been doing heaps of reading, so you should be able to add something to your list!  Keep adding to this as you go.

3.   Complete today's challenge: 'Pet Tricks':
Today’s challenge is all about the pets.  Using this video for inspiration, I want you to film your pets in action - doing tricks, or something hilarious!  If your pets don’t know any tricks, then set up a toilet-paper jump to see if they can get past Level 4 (be creative if you don’t have enough toilet paper).  Start the video off by showing yourself (so we know which pet belongs to who) and introducing your pet.  20 seconds max, and videos are due by 6pm.  If you don’t have a pet, sorry….

4.   If you haven't already done it, write a list of who is who in the 'Baby Face Project' - you'll get the answers for this tomorrow.

5.   Groups that were reading 'Below Zero' and 'Goodnight Mister Tom' last term - you should definitely be finished these books now.  If not, get onto it please!

6.   Group reading starts today - click on your group tab on the home page of our blog to find out the details.  In case you've forgotten what group you're in, check the chart below.  Complete the follow up activity too (also on your group tab).  I told you to wait for the Green Light on this group reading, well now you've got it!

7.   If you haven't listened to 'Sky On Fire' yet (class novel), you should do this over the next week or so.  It took me 3.5 hours to read the book, so you don't have to listen to it all in one go!

8.   Make a start on your Human Body work (that's in your Inquiry Book).  You have a copy of these instructions in your KIT Book too:
