PJ And Pie Day

What an epically awesome day at Halcombe School!  Not only did we get to wear our pyjamas and be super comfortable all day, but almost all the kids at our school had a pie for lunch too!  The Student Council did a wonderful job of coordinating both events - well done team!  We think crazy days like this are lots of fun and help to make our school a bit special.

The job of treasurer for the Student Council is very important - you're in charge of the money!  Here is Jaxson counting the pie money:

    Didnt we all look super gorgeous in our PJ's. Our pies tasted absolutely amazing. Thanks to everyone in the Council who helped to prepare them. I hope we have raised a lot of money for the Council to spend and donate.

    It was so much fun eating pies in our pjs! My favourite part was watching the pj parade. We should have our pjs as our school uniform! Then we will be warm in the winter.

    I really enjoyed myself at PJ and Pie day! It was loads of fun and it was great to see nearly everyone in their pajamas, and them enjoying their pie's!

    My favourite part out of the whole thing was definitely when I saw my mum dancing to the music at the parade!

    How cool wearing your PJs to school. I wish we could have a PJ Day at my work. Imagine the Mayor going about her job wearing her onesies!!
