After being inspired by Kayla Whitelock last week, we decided to give hockey a go! It was a lot harder than it looks, but we had heaps of fun! Photographer: Emma J
It was heaps of fun playing hockey!! I wasn't very good because I haven't played since I was seven! But it was cool to use a stick instead of your hands. It was really hard not to use the back of your stick and to not lift it up in the air!
I really enjoyed playing hockey, but it hurts a lot when you get a stick to the shin.

ReplyDeleteThis was a great game of hockey, with only a few injuries! Alyssa was by far the best player while everyone else was swinging at the ground.
ReplyDeleteWow, those games were quite rough. I almost got hit a few times myself by the end of a hockey stick. But Lydia wasn't to lucky.
ReplyDeleteThat was my first time playing hockey without using roller-skates. I was surprisingly good at it.
